Key Responsibilities:
1.Scrum Facilitation : Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that the Scrum framework is followed and that the team adheres to Agile principles.
2.Team Coordination : Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met. Remove impediments and obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress.
3.Project Planning : Assist in the planning and estimation of project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure that project plans are realistic and achievable.
4.Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues. Ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
5.Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
6.Risk Management : Identify and manage project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively. Develop mitigation plans to minimize the impact of risks on project delivery.

Required Qualifications

· Agile Expertise : Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Experience in implementing and managing Agile projects.
· Problem-Solving : Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
· Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
· Documentation : Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and generating detailed reports.
· Risk Management : Knowledge of risk management principles and best practices.
Preferred Qualification
· Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
· Project Management Tools : Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Preferred Skills:
· Strong hands-on experience with development project in .net C#, python and application development project
· In-depth knowledge of system architecture, concepts, and troubleshooting.
· Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker.
· Understanding with CI/CD tools or GitOps workflows.
· knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
· Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
