Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute email migration projects, including migrations from on-premise Exchange, Google Workspace, or other platforms to Exchange Online (M365).
- Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- Manage, maintain, and optimize Azure Active Directory (AAD), including Conditional Access, identity protection, SSO, and MFA policies.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions.
- Work closely with security and compliance teams to enforce data loss prevention (DLP) and endpoint protection policies.
- Support hybrid environments, including Exchange Hybrid and AAD Connect.
- Provide technical leadership on M365 adoption, governance, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex M365-related issues, including user access, synchronization, and service reliability.
- Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Document solutions, procedures, and architecture to aid in operations and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with new features, roadmap items, and industry trends related to Microsoft 365
Technical Skills:
Must Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Proven experience in email migrations (e.g., Exchange to O365, GSuite to O365).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune (Windows, iOS, Android) deployments and configurations.
- Solid knowledge of Azure Active Directory, including group policies, RBAC, conditional access, identity governance, etc.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
- Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance tools (Defender, DLP, ATP).
- Experience working in hybrid environments (on-prem & cloud).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good to Have:
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (M365 Administrator Associate), AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), or MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator).
- Experience with Zero Trust architecture and endpoint security hardening.
- Familiarity with third-party migration tools (e.g., BitTitan, Cloudiway, AvePoint, Quest).
- Experience with Intune Autopilot and device provisioning.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) suite.
